Your Opportunity

Scalyr is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us hire the top talent as we scale the business. We want someone who can  build a unique and personal candidate experience, while attracting the best candidates. The ideal candidate for this role will consistently and proactively identify candidates to build a strong candidate pipeline and bring those most qualified through the entire recruiting process all the way through close.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own full cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for all departments within Scalyr
  • Rethink our recruiting process to attract top talent and get them interested in Scalyr
  • Screen and move candidates through the process with hiring teams
  • Excellent communication with candidates to keep them excited and engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills  
  • Ability to build creative sourcing strategies and leverage various resources to build our talent brand in the market
  • Drive and measure results from all recruiting channels and investments  
  • Coordinate candidate interviews when necessary
  • Partner with HR to ensure all new hire information is shared for a well maintained onboarding experience


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Talent/HR environment
  • Experience recruiting for tech startups preferred
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, third party resume databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing technologies
  • Demonstrated networking ability, including the utilization of social media
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service focus and project flexibility
  • Ability to consistently hit hiring goals
